Biography of Wilmer Alicea

Wilmer Alicea Currás, better known as Baby Rasta, is one of the pioneers of reggaeton in having formed one of the first duos in the genre, known as Baby Rasta and Gringo alongside Samuel Gerena, who were originally known as "Eazy Boyz ". He was born on October 11, 1976 in Puerto Rico.

He becomes known along with his colleague and friend Gringo in the disco "The Noise" that had Felix Rodriguez (DJ Black), after a contest, this duo wins the spot to participate in a disc that would carry the name of the club, From there on they form a strong relationship until leaving in the following projects of Black DJ (except in The Noise 4).
